What you’ll achieve

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for drive growth across a portfolio of development or acquisition accounts, building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.

You will:

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
  • Your objective will be to drive growth across a portfolio of selected accounts
  • Gain share of spend across Dell Technologies portfolio of technology solutions: server, storage, networking, software, security and led services
  • Lead and coordinate a virtual team of specialists to accelerate and advance ongoing sales opportunities
  • Run territory and or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
  • Build trust and strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders by understanding the customers’ industry, business and top priorities
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of experience selling technology solutions in the Public Sector
  • Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills and proven experience with Digital Transformation sales
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management
  • Fluent in Danish and English

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Effective presentation, negotiation and executive relationship-building skills
