YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?
So, what do we do? Our multi-channel Service Desk serves our customers’ end users and provides a single point of contact for every IT related issue they may have. In addition to incident- and request management, we are responsible for providing world class customer service for our customers. We help our customers in everything related to IT and aim to solve the issues at hand with the first contact. In short, you are responsible for receiving, handling and solving tickets in a multi-vendor IT environment.
WHO ARE YOU?
It would be awesome if you are imaginative and practical IT-service professional, who isn’t afraid to get their hands-on tricky IT-issues. You want to provide the best possible service experience for the end user. You are also capable of understanding the bigger picture and want to take care of things unprompted. You enjoy troubleshooting and working in an occasionally hectic open office environment doesn’t heckle you.
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor- or Academic degree in IT or 1 year of experience from the field
- Knowhow of Windows OS, MS Office products and Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of networks and information security
- Experience from the widely used IT-tools in corporate IT like Microsoft O365, G Suite, Adobe products etc.
- Knowledge about mobile devices. (Android and iOS)
- Speaks fluent Finnish, English and Russian
You have a skillset suitable for customer service and you want to maintain the positive way of working we have going on here. You are committed to our mutual goals and you co-operate flawlessly within the team around you. You speak and write fluently in Finnish, English and in Russian.
Hobbies outside of work in computers and IT in general is always a big plus. Even better if you have worked in IT-support before. Knowing your way around MacOS counts as a big bonus as well.
