You are looking for a final year internship or a work-study programme. Do you want to gain valuable experience in the field of marketing and communication, at the crossroads of the digital, beauty and health sectors? Join CareOS, the start-up that combines connected mirror and health coaching services in a single secure e-wellness platform!
At a time of transition when CareOS must move from the Pilot stage with BtoB clients to a BtoC market launch, it is key to have a coherent and impactful communication to create attractiveness on the vision and promote sales.
Develop and distribute internal and external marketing and communication materials
Write brand presentations and marketing & sales materials
Manage the social network strategy and non-media communication in interaction with our PR agency
Manage social networks and write internal and external newsletters
Support the marketing and events plan (trade shows, webinars, competitions, etc.) in the role of operational project manager
Manage the website (updates, news, necessary redesign…)
Profil recherché
Knowledge = professional / technical knowledge
Ability to design, write and finalise graphics for marketing, sales and communication materials
Very comfortable in oral and written English to talk about the product in all circumstances.
Excellent writing skills, both in terms of quality and creativity and from a synthesis and analysis point of view, in order to produce “friendly” communications content as well as more formal/technical operational or marketing content (meeting reports, external briefings, press reviews, etc.)
Mastery of the office pack / Google suite with a certain talent for Ppt / google slides!
Bonus: basic knowledge of graphic editing tools would be a real plus (Photoshop, Indesign, video editing..)
Know-how = professional practice and experience
At least a first experience as a long term intern or alternating in marketing/event/communication
Be at ease with the event dimension: prepare the logistics beforehand, present the product, organise the stand, qualify the contacts
Quick understanding of issues and data, even figures, to adapt to any situation.
Aesthetic sense, creativity to create content adapted to the brand.
Personal skills = aptitudes and behaviour
Resourcefulness, listening skills and good humour are the key points, but the following qualities will be a plus to be fully effective:
Motivation, involvement, autonomy, good interpersonal skills to join a young and dynamic team.
Rigour and reactivity, to find practical solutions to all the emergencies of a start-up!
