Missions

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Europe Director, the Business Analyst Digital Marketing advise and support the specialist departments in the entire development process (requirements analysis, conception, development, test and rollout). Primary you collaborate, collect and sort data, define business requirements (specification documents) based on use case analysis, design workflows and create prototypes.

Your main missions are:

  • Analyse and segment the available customers’ data around our digital CRM ecosystem
  • Based on business goals, research, analyse and manage the needs of the stakeholders (digital marketing experts in each market)
  • Design analysis frameworks and models in online marketing – analysis of customer journeys & lead funnels as well as the communication of reliable analyses and insights
  • Define requirements for the marketing function and work out possible solutions
  • Determine implementation strategies with the process owners
  • Support and coordination of the creation of IT specification, documentation of requirements and control of process handover
  • Advise the marketing department on the process as well as networking with internal and external experts
  • Develop/design meaningful dashboards, reports and KPIs for the marketing function for all levels

Profile

You hold a master degree or equivalent academic qualification with minimum 5 years of experience in the areas of digital marketing & sales and especially in campaign and lead generation management.

You have a solid experience in cross-countries project management and have been exposed to digital transformation.

A good affinity in dealing with marketing processes and different technical systems such as Oracle Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics (or equivalent), social media analytics, Brandwatch (or similar listening Tools), Google Analytics, Data Studio or Power BI are necessary for this position.

You are customer centric, pragmatic and able to deliver simple and concrete recommendations to support on a daily basis our marketing teams whilst keeping in mind the customer satisfaction.

Fluent in English and French, you are able to lead international projects and demonstrate agile and pro-active skills.

You are team player and want to contribute to the transformation of the Hager Group. Your enthusiasm and ability to work across the board will be your best assets to succeed within our group.

You will be expected to travel to the various markets of the group.
