Summary of the Role:

• Business Process Analyst, Transportation Management and Logistics Process Services is responsible for delivery of transportation management and logistics support services.
• This role is responsible for translating business requirements into IS solutions – in break-fix, short-term enhancement, and longer-term project activities.
• This role must leverage business knowledge and perform the required analysis, evaluation, testing, implementation and support to successfully satisfy business needs.
• This role requires comprehensive knowledge and experience with the transportation management and logistics execution software applications in Lubrizol.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Following prescribed business processes, design, configure, test, deploy and support SAP S/4 HANA along with any bolt-ons for all transportation and logistics processes.
• Ensure the quality of software changes by thorough and complete documentation and testing.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with SAP process support team members, Center of Excellence members, Business/Global Process Leaders and other business stakeholders.
• Resolve key integration points between and across processes with other SAP process teams to ensure they are properly addressed.
• Pursue training and educational opportunities in order to be knowledgeable in new and emerging IS technologies

Job Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience.

*At least 5 years of information systems experience in a functional analyst/functional consultant role.

*At least 3 years of experience in the TM/logistics area, preferably in the Chemicals or Oil and Gas industry.

*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

*Strong analytical skills that translates to an ability to solve complex problems.

*Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions.

*Must be flexible, reliable, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

*Must have good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, be a self-starter.

*Must be a team player with excellent relationship building skills.
