We are looking for a new colleague to enrich our team in the role of Business Solution Owner, Collaboration Tools and HR.
Your purpose is to manage ICT solution and service development to reach company strategic goals in unifying Stockmann employees. Your key focus is to manage process/solution development for fulfilling the requirements set and reaching business targets but also to ensure process / solution availability meets business requirements and budget.
This is a permanent assignment. You will be located either in our Head Office, Pitäjänmäki Helsinki, Finlands or in Tallinn City Centre, Estonia. However, due COVID-19 majority of your colleagues and counterparts are currently working from their home offices and our expectations are that you most probably locate yourself at your home office most of the time, if you wish.
Where is your expertise needed?
As your internal counterparts are in business you need to work tightly in co-operation with our business people in Communications, Sales, Customer Experience and HR. You build up a vision and a roadmap with business and key vendors.
You run projects together with our vendors and internal stakeholders.
We expect you follow the market and how different solutions and technology evolve, in order to provide latest insight to our company. You are able to transform our business requirements into technical specifications.
We are using Microsoft O365 Teams for collaboration and customized HRM solution for HR.
What are we looking for?
You have sales and IT driven mind-set, strong leadership skills and a “can do” attitude. You have experience in Collaboration domain and specifically knowledge on technologies used for being able to manage domain. We see your experience of the Microsoft 365 productivity cloud is an essential skill you have, experience on any HR system is a benefit. You should have skills on process (ITIL) and/or Agile development methodologies like Scrum. Also skills for managing projects and vendors are essential in working in this role.
You should have an applicable degree and at least 1-2 years of experience or proven track record of your earlier achievements. To succeed you should have ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks. We expect you to have service minded attitude and customer-centric way of working. You also have strong drive and self-driven way of working, excellent communication skills as well as strong team and co-operation skills. You have professional knowledge of Finnish and you are fluent in English.
