PLYO Lab is a growth studio founded by Kwadwo Adu, with the purpose of helping businesses uncover opportunities for growth. We have worked with clients like Danske Spil, Prehype, Novoresume, Syd Energi and many more.
Our aim is to help companies achieve their growth potential by improving their presence in the digital wilderness of unlimited data and countless opportunities. Rather than spending months building big concepts, we test ideas fast and use the insights to reach the goals set.
When we’re not helping other companies, we (in)validate our own startup projects through prototypes and MVPs.
An introduction to what we are looking for
We’re searching for a curious and creative person with an eye for design details. The right person joining PLYO will play an important role in designing digital experiences for our own projects. We promise a steep learning curve on a project that will go live before the end of 2020.
This is the personality and skills we’re looking for
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Critical thinking and the ability to identify problems or opportunities for improvement and proactively propose and pursue solutions.
Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Expertise in standard UI software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or other equivalent programs. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Be passionate about all things UI & UX.
And most importantly – we don’t expect you to be an expert in all of the above, but you should have the willingness and drive to learn while having fun and being part of a team.
