Our Commercial Supply Chain area continues to grow and to support this, we are now looking for a Commercial Supply Chain, Master Planner. The role will support the commercial supply chain as well as the “early” and “late” stage supply chains in CMC with managing master data and associated procedures.
Besides the operational day to day activities the role will support building up a GxP compliant supply chain planning infrastructure in terms of systems and processes in corporation with our key stakeholders in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. Hereunder routines for product lifecycle management in corporation with the commercial organization and CMC Project Managers.
The team is newly established and consists of 6 people who report to Director, Commercial Supply Chain in Copenhagen.
The responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to:
Creation and maintaining Bill of Materials for new and existing products to ensure demand collection in Material Requirement Plan
Coordination with Supply Chain Manager and various stakeholders/departments such as Project Managers, Logistics and Warehousing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs
Maintain Material Master Data for raw materials, production intermediates, drug products and finished goods by being the “Subject Matter Expert” understanding how the system parameters impacts the different area of the business
Streamline and set standards for use of Master Data across multiple modules within ERP system (SAP S/4 HANA) such as Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain supply chain master data in ERP system in corporation with QA, Regulatory Affairs and CMC
Participate in the setup and implementation of the serialization flow and towards CMO and 3PLs.
Participate in the final implementation of ERP system
Superuser of our ERP systems for Master Data Management across the system
Writing and maintaining procedures and Guidelines for the area of scope
A bachelor’s in supply chain or Business Administration or any other related education from either Technical University or Business School
Minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably in a Master Data/ Academic support role within the Biotech/ Pharmaceutical industry or any other regulated industry such Food/Medical device
Experienced user of ERP (SAP S/4 HANA) systems and advanced user of MS Office Suite
Experience within an international and controlled environment
You have excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, and a collaborative mindset
