Job Description : Consultant, Product Management – IT (I9) Join us as a Consultant, Product Management on our Engineering Development team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you’ll achieve As a Consultant, Product Management, to re-define the customer experience by driving future enhancements and strategic initiatives on Dell’s order experience suite of products. You will: Lead the product strategy for Dell’s Order Experience suite of products, including business solution concepts, user stories and other documents Define Persona-based and Customer-centric product roadmaps that align to key opportunities and strategic partnerships Demonstrate and develop deep order experience domain expertise, competitive landscape awareness, and provide guidance on emerging trends and industry best practices Manage the product strategy and vision with minimal supervision, working closely with business owners and other key IT stakeholders Work with users & product development leaders in engineering teams to ensure customer needs and requirements are represented. Work with cross-functional product managers at all levels to drive product strategy, serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor with extreme focus on customer experience Maintain feature backlog, prioritize features, define clear acceptance criteria & work with engineering teams to develop features for the customer Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Undergraduate/post graduate degree in Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain and Operations or experience in Industry standard Order Management (Customer facing outputs)suite of products with 10+ years of relevant experience Self-directed and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within fast-paced digital transformation environment Strong and demonstrable external client facing skills specifically in the areas of communication, issue and escalation management Understanding of Agile Scrum product development methodology Good Communications Skills and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO ) Self-directed with a record of driving product capabilities to successful outcomes within a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and exemplary writing skills and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive Functional knowledge in order management, supply chain, e-commerce, and commercial customer needs Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, with a passion for the challenges around organizing it Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results Desirable Requirements Experience in Finance and communication Domain Supply Chain Management expert with relevant hand on experience in Artificial, Machine learning algorithms Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles Engineering or Master’s in business administration or Business Consulting Experience Experience in projects of global scale SCRUM Product Owner certified Here’s our story now tell us yours Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
