- Develop campaign content for media: SMS/Email/Push Notification/WA
- Prepare creative concept contents and brief to be coordinated with the graphic design team, based on business strategy/objective
- Develop Customer Engagement innitiative programs/campaigns/events, and collaborate with other teams for the activation
- Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to get market insights
- Analyze and produce regular reports on campaigns’ performance
- Responsible for budgetting and inventory management of customer engagement campaigns
