Job Description:

As our Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will be to plan, coordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Define, communicate and oversee customer service standards
  • Supervise the daily operations of the customer service department
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Generate customer service performance reports and surveys
  • Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs
  • Track customer complaint resolution
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
  • Evaluate and manage CS staff performance
  • Identify and address staff training and coaching needs
