Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at the Linz location, you will be responsible for understanding the field of digital marketing in the agricultural business environment and developing an agenda for digital marketing for Borealis L.A.T as well as internal functions. Create an alignment and buy-in for the digital marketing agenda and implement the relevant decisionmaking steps and approved budget.

Your contribution makes a difference:

• Map the space of digital marketing in respect to competitor activities, benchmarks, potential cooperation partners, type of possible engagement, potential resource needs and to be expected benefits
• Develop a concept for digital marketing activities for Borealis L.A.T in cooperation with product managers, agronomists, sales representatives and Borealis (NITRO) group communications
• Define costs, benefit and resource needs for the communication engagement in the digital space
• Implement the concept in a step by step approach following relevant approvals together with marketing communications and other functions
• Measure and review success rates and benefits of digital marketing activities
• Support local marketing specialists in their campaign work with digital know-how
• Define the necessary skills in the team and facilitate the trainings of those skills
• Be the contact person for IT and external agencies for our online applications
• Guide successful transition of new approaches from project mode to business processes
• Actively take on additional dimensions related to marketing strategy development
• Propose and agree on the best approach to marketing strategy development
• Apply structured project management (scope, planning, team definition, governance, execution) where applicable

About you

Education

• Master’s degree, or equivalent, preferably in marketing or communications and/or equivalent experience from an international company

Experience

• 5+ years relevant working experience
• Significant experience in digitalization, either as project or as line manager
• Broad knowledge in various applications for digitalizationrelated solutions across industries
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing concepts, strategy and measurement
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Mastery English at business level, other languages are an asset
• Excellent project management skills
