Ecosystem Management Senior Consultant – Shared Services PMO

This position will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of projects and deliverables, which support the long-term goals of the ecosystems organization. Work You’ll Do

The Ecosystem Management PMO provides mission critical operations supporting the Ecosystems Leader and the ecosystems teams across Deloitte Consulting’s portfolio of ecosystems. The Ecosystem Management PMO will have a breadth of responsibilities which directly support the strategic initiatives of our ecosystem teams. Activities include:

  • Deliverable Support – Support the Ecosystem Leader and the ecosystem teams in creating executive quality deliverables. Deliverables can include:
  • Presentations (i.e., leadership decks, town hall decks, briefing documents, quarterly business review decks, etc.)
  • Data analysis
  • Communications
  • Packaging content for recurring meetings or ad-hoc requests
  • Research activities (internal and external research)
  • Operational Support – Engage with ecosystem teams to understand their go-to-market plans for the purposes of providing operational support to each team. Work directly with ecosystem teams to share best practices, new tools, and methods
  • Financials Tracking, Validation, & Reporting Support – Support ecosystem teams on all aspects of operational reporting (e.g., pipeline, sales, revenue, KPIs)
  • Ecosystem Compliance Support – Aid ecosystem teams in tracking requirements of each ecosystem partner based on each partner’s contractual obligations
  • Process Ownership – Follow established processes to complete activities and make recommendations to improve processes or to create new processes or procedures where one doesn’t exist.
  • Work Management – Evaluate incoming work requests from ecosystem teams and assess priority against current workload and resources available. Proactively communicate with stakeholders on deliverable expectations and escalate as necessary.

  • 3+ years professional experience at Deloitte or 5+ years outside of Deloitte
  • Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and OneNote
  • Bachelor’s degree


  • Consulting project experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working on quick-turnaround projects is preferred.
  • Microsoft Access and/or Microsoft Project experience a plus.

  • Excellent time management and follow up and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Ability and passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with teammates, as well as internal and external stakeholders

  • Savvy at connecting the dots across various meetings and conversations to arrive at a logical solution
  • Ability to think strategically, while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate timeframes
  • Excellent team player with the ability to share knowledge and support teammates in times of increased workload
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, and can work independently
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
