Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Global Marketing Research Intern to join our Global Marketing team in Paris, from mid-August 2021

About the role

We are looking for a new Research Intern to work within the Global Marketing team and support the Consumer Insights & Research Manager.

Based in our Paris HQ, this will be the opportunity for you to run robust research projects that uncover powerful insights.

What you’ll do

  • Run qualitative and quantitative research projects, using a varied range of methodologies to uncover useful insights to support our business
  • Conduct international surveys (from survey programming, brief to CRM team for launch, results analysis and recommendations)
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups and UX tests to understand our audience better
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis leveraging internal data, and performing desk research or benchmarks on relevant topics
  • Monitor market data, competitor activity, consumer and industry trends to help identify market opportunities or threats, and feed marketing team with inspiration
  • Liaise with product and business teams to gather and answer their insights needs, and support internal decision making, initiatives and projects

Who you are

  • French and English fluent / native
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Good organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and be proactive
  • Interest for the industry
  • Proficient in use of Excel and work with large data sets & Powerpoint
  • Master degree in Business
  • Experience in analytical marketing positions / business analytics
