We are looking for a new Head of business line – Heavy lift. The head will lead a highly skilled team of 30-40 members, divided between 3 teamleads. The position are placed in Brande, Denmark.
How to contribute to our vision
The Head will lead a team of dedicated Project Managers. Manages, coaches, supports and develops Project Managers in managing projects according to defined Project Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards. As well, being global responsible for the Complex and Non-Complex Major Component End to End Heavy Lift operations execution.
Coordinates overall planning of projects and decides on allocation of resources:
Maintains constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
- Monitors continuously the status of all assigned projects, and supports the accountable Project Managers.
- Manages consolidation and completion of budget planning for all projects, and ensures related reporting’s.
- Decides and allocates financial and personnel resources, to the assigned projects.
- Sets up and monitors all assigned projects, and consults and supports the accountable Project Managers.
- Ensures that quality standards for Project Management processes are met at all times.
- Initiate improvements and ensures appropriate PM workflow environment.

A manager who is experienced within the wind industry and has min. 10 + years of experience as a manager for larger international teams. Your communications are excellence and thrives in motivating and support your team to reach the deadlines and targets. You are confident and comfortable in managing team leads, in supporting them where needed.
You should understand how projects are run in SGRE/Wind industry, as the team will be Project Managers/Project Management Office Staf, and therefore it will be seen as advantage.
