As Head of Sales you lead your Danish business unit consisting of a team of sales managers, project managers and technicians.

As P/L responsible you deliver on your yearly targets by focusing on a well defined sales process, pipeline management and an efficient project execution.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • P&L responsibility – budget and follow up activities to reach the yearly target in in your business unit
  • Lead the business in unit, focusing on growth
  • Managing and developing the sales and project organization
  • Business development
  • Member of the Nordic management team within your business segment
  • Sales process Development and optimization
  • Pipeline Management
  • Public tenders

BtB Sales Management Experience

As P/L responsible and manager for sales, project, and technical teams, you bring several years of management experience in BtB project sales.

Ideally you have experience from the building industry and know the decision-making process and stakeholders in this market.

You know how to executive projects and how to develop a strong sales process with a clear pipeline management.

You are driven by performance and know how to create teamwork between sales and project management.

You are an experienced leader with a positive drive and able to motivate your team and its individuals towards high performance.

You have an appropriate business degree that enables you to regularly track our economic performance.

You are fluent in Danish and strong in English, other Nordic languages are a seen as a benefit.

The company

The company is a mid sized Nordic company supplying a well defined industry.

The goal is to achieve significant growth in sales and to become a leading Northern European one-stop service partner.

The Head of Sales will work from the office in Midtjylland and will have a team of 15-20 FTE as direct reports. The company also have an office in Copenhagen.

Travel in Denmark is required, as well as occasional travel to Sweden. Part of the work can also be performed from home office.
