At NAME IT we are looking for an International Sales Manager with experience from leading a larger sales organisation across multiple countries who can drive our growth to achieve the full potential.

The role

As International Sales Manager you will report directly to the Brand Director and become part of NAME IT’s top management team.

You will be leading a sales organisation of 35 colleagues in Denmark whereof 9 leaders will have direct reference to you. As we work within a matrix organisation, you will also have a close collaboration and professional management responsibility of more than 60 international sales colleagues based in our 12 key markets, whom you support and motivate to deliver the absolute best results.

As a leader, you naturally set the direction for your team and ensure that everyone strives towards the same overall sales strategy that you define and take ownership of. A sales strategy that supports the potential of NAME IT’s overall strategy of creating profitable growth every year. Together with your team you ensure results based on commitment and closeness to our existing customers as well as proactive efforts towards new potential customers across all our 56 markets.

Your Profile

As a person and a leader, you are charismatic, confident and possess a high personal drive, making you a role model for your colleagues.

Since you will play a crucial role in our business, it is vital that you have a strategic mindset and the competencies to identify new opportunities combined with the persistency to fulfil and complete them. You are a natural at communicating and building relations, which is brought to life when you utilize your charisma to motivate your employees, negotiate with partners and cooperate with buyers and other internal stakeholders.

Achieving results and continuously improving performance is what motivates you, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment with dedicated colleagues, action and lots of energy.

For success in the role, it is essential that you have

  • A proven track record of international sales achievements within the textile industry
  • Min. 5 years of people management experience leading a larger international sales organisation
  • Experience from working with larger Key Accounts
  • Solid business understanding and an analytic toolbox to follow-up on performance
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

This will bring you one step ahead of the game

  • Knowledge of and/or experience within kidswear fashion
  • German language skills, written and spoken
