We are looking for a Requirement Specialist to strengthen our integration services team in IT area. Requirement Specialist works closely with business product owners, project managers, developers, testers and customers, internationally. In this position it is possible to work with a very wide area of IT systems for the whole Nets company.
Your job description and tasks
In this role you will be analyzing business requirements and translating them to the corresponding technical integration user stories. Clarifying any questions and communicating development progress with stakeholders will also be an important part of the role.
To succeed in this position
- You already have a solid experience in writing technical requirements for IT systems.
- General understanding of Agile software development and IT networks is also required.
- Knowing backlog management and requirement management tools, ITIL processes and/or IT infrastructure management is considered to be an asset.
As a person you are self-driven, proactive, responsible with a logical mindset team player. Ability to understand, adapt and react to change is also valuable for this role. The position will be located in Helsinki, Finland, but both internal and external stakeholders are located cross the Nordic countries. Therefore fluent in both Finnish and English language skills, in written and oral form, is needed.
