Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – ITIL Responsibilities To guide for IT Applications, Application Infrastructure, and related services. To supervise service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards, and customers and/or internal businesses/end user requirements. To engage with client in requirement gathering, status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement. To ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries are complete and accurate. To integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to build outstanding solutions for the company and for customers. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications Bachelor%27s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience ITIL Foundation Certification Preferred qualifications Customer Relationship management Resolve routine in-scope technical incidents independently (Incident Management) Understand the company%27s solutions set and be able to apply these solutions to meet customer and/or trade infrastructure needs within area of responsibility. Provide continual improvement recommendations for direct responsibility area Work as part of a team, which may be virtual and/or global.
