We are a leading mobile game studio based in central Paris. We specialize in game design, monetization and user acquisition to publish hit hyper-casual games, a thriving segment driving 80% of total mobile games market growth since 2017. We ambition to grow

4x this year.

Our culture & strategy rely on powerful Tech that we built inhouse to give our games a step ahead of competition, tailor-made support to our studio partners and fair & transparent cooperation.

We have a diverse team of 70 people from various backgrounds (artists, business, engineers, entrepreneurs, ex strategy consultant) and international (

15 nationalities). We are passionate about games and working with studios & platform partners all around the world (US, Europe and Asia mostly).

In March 2020, we raised a significant series A with one of the most prominent European VC (not yet public) and another one is under negociation.

Job description

Role & missions – What you will do 🚀

You will be the right hand of our Lead Marketing & Communication in one of her missions: establish and grow the brand’s awareness and resonance among studios, partners and competitors. More concretely, you will:

Assist in Marketing and Communication strategy for 2021: contribute with relevant and creative ideas to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

Content creation: production of online visual support for external and internal communication, such as short video content, headers, banners, posters, etc. Production of offline marketing materials: company’s merchandise, special occasion materials, such as birthday cards, partner’s presents.

Copywriting and editorial: creation/editorial of articles for company’s blog, copywriting for social media posts, creation of engaging taglines and hashtags

SMM: creating SM marketing plan via SMM tools, engaging with the audience and analysing the growth

Project management and acceleration: working closely with the Lead to accelerate multiple initiatives and taking ownership of delegated projects, such as game jams, collaboration with partners, internal events, brand awareness campaigns, etc.

Methods: OKRs methodology (Objectives & Key results), learn about mobile game and app industry, user acquisition and monetization and how marketing efforts compliment them

Tools: Social media tracking tools, Salesforce, Mailchimp, WordPress… The complete kit for a successful marketing strategy

You like to work with different teams and different backgrounds, you like to bring a positive energy to the group.

Preferred background – What you bring or will need 💪

Enrolled in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications degree

Excellent graphic design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Excellent written and spoken English with copywriting experience

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent attention for detail

Experience in SMM is a big plus
