Reporting to the Group Marketing and Communication Director, the Marketing and Communications Officer plays an important role in helping to develop and promote the new corporate brand and new communication methods in a group creation context. You will participate in the definition of the communication and marketing strategy and you will assist to draw up and execute the plan in line with this strategy. More specifically, as part of the Marketing and Communications team (you will work in close collaboration with the Communication Officer Group), you will assist to: – Build and write the company’s information media: tools and sales medium, collection of case studies, brochures, presentations etc, – Plan and organise events: trade shows, webinars, internal events, etc, – Ensure that communication actions are consistent with the company’s image and values, – Write press releases and manage relations with a network of specialised journalists, – Media planning, preparation of advertisements, online banners etc – Regular updates of the company’s website and manage social networks, – Implement public relations actions, disseminating and promoting information through different communication channels: press, websites, social networks, etc. – Advise and provide technical support to internal departments (particularly the Sales Department and Subsidiaries Managing Director) in their communication/marketing activities: competitive analysis, drafting of technical data sheets, – Ongoing customer and market research activities This position will involve regular travels on our sites in France (Orléans & Rennes) and may involve some business trips for trade shows, clients’ sites, events, etc.

You have degree in Communication and Marketing and you have at least three to four years’ experience in a technical environment, ideally in industrial process or logistics. Ideally, you have already experienced and contributed to strong change contexts (rebrand, merger/acquisition etc). You are as comfortable with words (writing skills) as you are with IT tools: Adobe Suite, design and video tools, Office 365 etc. Concurrently and beyond your technical skills, your soft skills are very important too for this position Constructive, proactive and self-directed, your interpersonal skills, your agility in the way you carry out projects and your technical curiosity will enable you to succeed in your missions You are strongly fluent in English (written & spoken).
