Marketing Director Health & Medical Solutions Region South
We are looking for Marketing Director to join and lead our international, dynamic and committed team in the Region South in Essity. The position will be based at the office in Paris and report to the Vice President Sales & Marketing South in the unit for Health and Medical solutions within Essity.

About the Role
This position plays a significant and important role in further developing our go to market strategy, customer relations, business modelling and branding for the region.
The Marketing Director is responsible for managing and developing the marketing function of a Region (France, Iberia and Italy) within one of Essity´s Business Units that is focusing on our incontinence and medical products.
The Marketing Director is responsible for the definition and implementation of the agreed regional marketing activity plan and activation of the brand to local consumer and customers in order to contribute to the global brand development.
What You Will Do
Contribute to global brand strategy, fine-tune and implements brand strategy in line with regional/local requirements
Drive the local activities planning process, define, implement and follow-up of marketing budget and plans in line with global and/or BU planning and guidelines.
Optimizes and drives brand communication in local markets and secure compliance
Drive digital marketing to connect with customers and consumers
Define, manage and follow up regional advertising & promotion budget.
Secures alignment of local pricing and strategic pricing and/ or defined price corridors
Implements Brand / Product solution portfolio according to local requirements in compliance with global and/or BU guidelines, and optimize in area of responsibility (e.g. assortment and local brand related topics).
Lead and develop regional marketing organization
Secure close and effective communication and good cooperation between Regional marketing team and internal as well as external stakeholders.
Secure building of market, consumer, product and competitor knowledge in the Region and provide input to global organization and Category functions
Who You Are
University degree required
Minimum of ten years’ experience from sales/customer marketing positions
Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing
Proven experience within digital marketing, e-commerce, branding and portfolio strategy
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to win in different channels
Excellent English comprehension including oral and written capabilities
Experience from international markets is an advantage
Ability to travel, both domestic and international
Builds effective teams
Strategic mindset and the ability to manage complexity
Strong learning agility
