You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As Package Consultant-Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud, you are responsible for developing solutions that excel at user experience, aesthetics, performance, reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate tools to improve our teams productivity
  • Modernize our portfolio via migrating / rebuilding current applications on the IBM Cloud.
  • Building, automating, and releasing solutions on demand
  • Leading and prioritizing backlog with guidance from Product Management, Engineering, Support/Operations
  • Leading risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
  • Interact with Client and Business team on requirement gathering and project implementations
  • Responsible for application development and maintenance using planning and budgeting cloud service, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase
  • Work on building metadata based on different source files
  • Create and test business rules for Driver based allocation, seeding process, currency conversion and copying assumptions
  • Create member formulas for constant currency calculation and variance scenarios
  • Create smart- push for data movements between different cubes
  • Develop profit and load and balance sheet data forms as per adhoc templates
  • Migration of application across different instances for data recon
  • Build metadata based on extracts from different sources
  • Propose the best and quality solutions that will help the design in the long run.
  • Implement Hyperion planning application for forecasting and budgeting profile and loss of the client
  • Work on building metadata based on different source files for optimise outline design
  • Create & test business rules for Driver based allocation, seeding process, currency conversion and copying assumptions
  • Create member formulas for constant currency calculation and variance scenarios
  • Defining environment strategy for business
  • Designing automated metadata build process based on extracts from different sources
  • Driving the implementation of the solution and play back the solution to the Business users convincingly
  • Design and development of process management in planning
  • Validated knowledge on MDX queries and Maxl scripts

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum experience of 14+ years in EPM Planning (On-premise and Cloud)
  • Preferably a Chartered Accountant(CA)
  • Experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space.
  • lead the team and work with client team members throughout the entire implementation life cycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, and change management, go-live and post-production support.
  • Administer / configure Oracle EPM planning modules like Financial, Workforce & Capital, Project Planning
  • Responsible for all aspects of Oracle EPM Planning cloud implementation including requirement gathering, application design, application configuration and implementation.
  • Responsible for building best practices within planning, forecasting and reporting processes and implementing new performance reporting, planning and forecasting processes within the Oracle EPM Planning cloud tools

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Other additional good to have experience:
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Planning Cloud in both development and lead roles
  • Experience with automation scripts (EPM Automate), Rest API s, Groovy scripting etc
  • Good communication and detailing skills
  • Understanding of other EPM cloud modules like PCMCS , EPRCS, FCCS , ARCS etc.
  • Tuning and optimization of Oracle EPM Planning Cloud applications
  • Provide expertise in Oracle EPM Planning Cloud related to outlines, calculations, load rules, Web Forms, Smart View, Partitions, Security, and application validation.
