This role is a bit of everything from HR to PM: Talent acquisition and resource management combined with company wide Project Management
Tasks include:
Finding, screening & contacting new volunteers for our four main areas: Marketing Communications, Business Development, Software Development, Quest Development
Refining our onboarding process for volunteers/interns at Humanitrack
Initial focus on re-staffing our Marketing Communications team
Working with the CEO and the other managers on our overall plans, making sure we have the right resources and priorities for our tasks.

Practical information:
With a global team, all tasks can be performed remotely through our internal communication platform Slack (and Google Drive).
Possibility to meet at our offices in Søborg, Denmark at Verdensmålshuset (The Global Goals House) near Buddinge Station
Recruiting is done here via The Hub, and they have a nice built in tool for tracking applicants. We also can utilize our SoMe channels for recruitment
This position is part-time volunteering and would require around 10 hours a week (maybe more, maybe less), and we need you NOW!
Minimum commitment time is 1 month…the longer we have you as part of the team, the better! More growth for you, more of an integral asset you become for Humanitrack.
Unfortunately this is unpaid, but many of our volunteers use their Humanitrack experience to land them other full time jobs!
