Job description

Are you interested in product, strategy, marketing and sales? As a PMM, you’ll help craft and tell a differentiated product story and make sure it goes through our core target in the finance sector.

You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing and Product to develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials. Your mission will enable you to impact the full product lifecycle from product strategy to product sales!

Your missions:

Go-To-Market & Marketing launch

  • Support PM & CPO to clarify product positionning, value, pricing.
  • Build a key message that resonates with our market, drives acquisition, and encourages features adoption and retention.
  • Plan the timeline and execute the organization for new feature releases.
  • Ensure marketing teams have everything they need to create the related marketing collaterals (slide decks, website pages, blog posts, videos, PR…) and campaigns.

Market intelligence

  • Become the subject matter expert when it comes to our customer segments and market.
  • Perform market analysis (market trends, market segmentation, market sizing).
  • Build competitive intelligence (competitive monitoring, competitive analysis).

Sales and CSM enablement

  • Organize Sales and Customer Success Managers training sessions to empower them on our offers. features and how best to compete with competitors.
  • Contribute to raise new product adoption and satisfaction.

Product strategy

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to influence the roadmap with key client feedback.
  • Support internal and external communication about product roadmap and releases.

Preferred experience

Skills and attributes

You’ll need to have a base level of competence across a broad range of disciplines and be outstanding in a few areas – including as a project manager.

You must be:

  • Self-motivated: You have a bias towards action and are comfortable in a changing work environment.
  • Entrepreneurial: You crave responsibility and want to shape the vision and direction of your work; you’ll do what it takes to make a project successful.
  • Accountable: You want to own the outcome and make an impact on business-critical growth and usage metrics.
  • Organized: You’re extremely detail-oriented, able to set up and project manage complicated processes, and can keep track of projects including multiple stakeholders in several countries.

  • A native-level English speaker.
  • Quantitative, analytical and technical.

Qualifications and experience

You must have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing or another relevant role such as Product Management, Technical Writing, Content Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success…

We’d love it if you have experience:

  • With investment banking, financial advisory, or consulting (our core markets).
  • In a tech start/scale-up context.
  • In client-facing environment.
  • With Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Working closely with Sales, Operations and Customer Success teams.
