Would you love to build a recruiting function from scratch? Do you thrive in the (tech) start-up world, and is it appealing for you to be working with multiple cool start-ups?
Are you thinking to yourself that this ad is super old school and that you could think of many smarter, more innovative ways to hire at scale? Then you might be the one we’re looking for.
A little bit about inQvation

Our team is growing, so is our portfolio, and we’re excited to see what’s next.
We need you because…
One of the biggest pains in our portfolio companies is talent attraction. The war for talent is fierce and even more so when you’re a new company. And of course, you will also positively contribute to the IQ team through knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and generally supporting each other to nurture and add to our team culture.

Our strategy is as unambiguous as our resolve: if a start-up doesn’t bring sustainable goodness into the world, count us out.
