About the job
As our new Service Sales Support Engineer you will build a strong relationship with managers in the Sales Companies and our customers. It is your task to secure technical support and quotation to sales companies. Your main responsibilities are:
- Quote for all project related boiler service inquiries
- Follow up with Sales Companies/customers
- Answer technical questions
- Support Sales Companies where required
- Visit customers together with Sales Companies
- Drive upgrade projects within the Sales Companies
- Represent boiler service in selected Product Centre Boilers projects
What you know
We expect you have good technical knowledge and experience in marine after sales – both within automation as well as basic knowledge about steam systems. Your background is combined by a technical education and commercial experience.
Personally, you are driven by solving technical problems and motivated by selling good solutions. You are a people person, and this enables you to change attitudes in the current organization and motivate local sales companies to sell project related services. You are good at killing darlings and therefore open to new methods and ideas.
As part of a global organisation, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
