As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client’s organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world. Your Role and Responsibilities As IAM Recertification Specialist, you are responsible to provide global support across APAC, UK and US in administering and managing the end to end recertification process within the Recertification toolset. You will coordinate with various users and support teams in relation to recertification, feeds management. Participate in Testing of new functionalities or enhancements in the toolsets. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reporting Metrics for internal teams and management. Participate in both internal and external audit queries pertaining to recertification process and evidences. Responsible for daily activities of user recertification including admin and support of manual and automated recertification process Responsibilities: Understand and coordinate the end to end life cycle of the recertification process and to act as global support for recertification Act as the Relationship Manager for assets assigned and work with recertification/application owners to ensure their applications meet the recertification deadlines. Data Analysis to ensure feeds from various sources to the recertification tool set are intact and up-to-date. Ability to identify any gaps, inaccurate or outdated feed information. Analyze the recertification data and monitor the progress to ensure recertification completion within the project timelines and assist to publish these data as part of recertification performance metrics Ensuring processes comply with audit requirements; maintain sufficient documentation and evidences for audit and security standard requirements Ability to respond to recertification related queries within the agreed SL and follow up on service requests in a timely manner Initiate escalation to management for resolution on any technical or non-technical issues. Communicate with IT and business users in relation to any recertification or general queries and updates Develop and deliver reports to business users and management as required. Monitor the team mailbox to ensure queries are responded in a timely manner Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments within the stipulated deadline given Demonstrated ability to review and test new tool or system development Working closely with GIS BA and Development team to build any new features or enhancements in the toolset Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum 6-10 years in IT /IDM /Security domain Prior experience in Process, Information Security or Identity and Access Management. Experience supporting users across varying time zones and countries. Ability to handle different level escalation and resolve the issue Expertise in taking apt decision during the active recertification cycle Proficient in handling senior management query and effective decision taken for active support. Ability to work as a team player and a self starter who will be able to work independently. Ability to work in a tight time critical environment. Experience in data analysis and reporting Solid Understanding of IT Framework and concepts. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Proven Skills in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Access Knowledge in T-SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server: SSIS – SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Management Studio Experience of ITIL concepts and best practice. Experience with Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA) Previous experience in a security administration, recertification or Identity Management (IDM) Domain.
