Job Description
Purpose:
In this position, you lead our digital paid performance function to drive the ambitious growth of Shpock via paid search, paid social, and display marketing campaigns
Team:
You will work as an individual contributor embedded in our Brand & Investment squad alongside other team members from a diverse set of expertise: CRM, Finance, Graphic Design and Data Analysis.
What you will do:
- You have end-to-end ownership for our user acquisition and paid re-engagement strategy and are responsible for conceptualization, setup, monitoring, optimisation and reporting
- You maximize ROI by continuously optimising campaigns based on learnings from A/B tests across creatives, audience targeting and other innovative strategies
- As you adjust your strategy to varying objectives, your focus remains on increasing liquidity in key categories by driving supply and demand
- You continuously look for creative ways to scale campaigns and achieve or over-achieve cost targets
- You closely collaborate with our graphic designers to drive our creative strategy and get promotional assets done
- You work with our data and engineering teams to ensure proper tracking, attribution and optimisation of your campaigns and find solutions to automate non-critical tasks
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years in digital performance marketing, with at least 1-2 years for a mobile product
- You have experience with user acquisition and retention
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with a knowledge of basic statistics
- A strong technical understanding of mobile measurement, attribution and bidding optimization
- Strong work ethics and a growth mindset
- Have a critical perspective and show resilience when working towards improving the status quo
- You are a communicative and open personality.
Nice-to-have:
- Basic understanding of CRM
- Basic copywriting skills
- Basic SQL and coding skills

Additional Information
Note: Currently we are working remotely until the end of August 2021. Post-Covid, this role will be located in our Vienna office.
