- Acquire new clients/users to the platform and familiarising them with the different functions offered.
- Conduct market research while simultaneously preparing marketing materials for the sales team.
- Responsible for publishing newsletters and all related promotional material to increase market activity.
- Strategising, developing and implementing new business processes with the aim to improve client/user satisfaction and gain revenue.
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with clients.
- Working in liaison with the Ops and Tech team to solve problems and concerns raised by clients/users.

- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in Customer Support/Customer Success/Sales roles.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Experienced in handling high volumes of complain tickets from customers.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of SQL and Zendesk.
