Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction Marketing RIMOWA, vous travaillerez sous la tutelle du Senior Marketing Manager.
Ensemble, vous développerez l’image et le rayonnement de RIMOWA à travers des Campagnes percutantes et des Activations digitales stratégiques.
MISSIONS
OWNED SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT
- Assistance à la planification des contenus créatifs à poster sur nos réseaux sociaux.
- Assistance à l’élaboration des reporting social media hebdomadaires et mensuels.
- Veille stratégique des innovations sur les réseaux sociaux
- Assistance au Community management : Alignement avec la team customer care pour répondre aux questions de notre communauté sur les réseaux sociaux.
PAID MEDIA SUPPORT
- Participation à l’élaboration des briefs media et creation des reporting post campagnes.
- Soutien de l’équipe sur la partie display media et production pour le paid social.
CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
- Élaboration des documents de partages des nouvelles campagnes avec les marchés
- Suivi de la localisation des nouveaux assets
- Suivi de la base de données des droits d’images
- Suivi budgétaire
AUTRES
- Analyse et suivi du marché de la concurrence
- Contribution à la rédaction et mise en page des présentations marketing à destination de partie prenantes internes et externes
ENGLISH VERSION
As part of the RIMOWA global marketing team, you will report into the Senior Marketing Manager.
Together, you will develop the image and the influence of RIMOWA through advertising campaigns and strategic social media activations.
TASKS
OWNED SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT
- Assist with planning creative and engaging content for social media
- Support with weekly and monthly social media reports
- Keep up to date on the latest social media trends and platform enhancements
- Community Management: Work closely with our customer care and service teams to ensure community needs are met
PAID MEDIA SUPPORT
- Assistance with agency campaign briefing documents and creation of post campaign reports
- Support on display media and paid social production
CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
- Development of campaign presentation asset sharing documents for internal stakeholders
- Assist with localization coordination of campaign assets
- Responsible of keeping asset usage database up to date
- Overseeing information sharing with internal stakeholders
- Budget tracking
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Competitor review and analysis
- Editing and contributing to general presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
Profil
- Anglais courant indispensable (certains membres de l’équipe ne parlent pas francais)
- L’allemand est un plus.
- Master in Business / Marketing / Communication (BAC +4/5).
- Intérêt pour le Marketing/Digital
- Mentalité internationale et ouverture d’esprit.
- Force de proposition et souci du détail.
- Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe.
- Dynamique et flexible.
- Intérêt pour l’Art / le Design / la Mode / le voyage.

- Fluent English is a must (some members of the team do not speak french)
