Student Research Assistant in a global HR organization – 12-15 hours a week

Welcome to HR Support – we handle recruitments

At our global HQ in Humlebæk you will be joining our newly established HR Support team consisting of the Head of HR Support, a Recruitment Partner, 2 Recruitment Researchers and 2 HR Business Partners. Together we provide support to all functions within our HQ, assisting with recruitments ranging from the scientific specialist to the back-office generalist.

“You’ll be working very independently but as a team we cooperate closely and help each other out when needed. Likewise, you can look forward to working closely with hiring managers at all levels, providing you with valuable insight into every aspect of our business and the specialist positions we offer,” Anders Toft elaborates.

You identify the right candidates and learn from the best within the industry

As a Student Researcher your key task will be to help colleagues across our organisation find the perfect fit for hard-to-fill specialist and leadership positions. You do so by establishing a clear understanding of job requirements, identifying, and contacting top talent, as well as screening and assessing candidates.

When introducing candidates to Coloplast, you act as an ambassador for us, leaving them with a positive recruitment experience.

In short, your tasks include:

  • Finding and contacting candidates through direct search e.g., via LinkedIn
  • Working closely with Recruitment Partner, Recruitment Researchers and HR Business Partners to contribute to the proactive management of the recruitment processes
  • Staying curious on how we keep being on top of search technology trends and contribute to continuous improvement of our search approach
  • Assisting the team with various ad hoc tasks.

Inquisitive nature and great communication skills

You are eager to learn and keen on developing your skills within recruitment and HR. You are a good judge of character which enables you to engage with a wide range of candidates with different cultural and educational backgrounds in an impactful way. You possess a proactive and structured approach to solving your tasks and you thrive in an environment where ad-hoc tasks can end on your desktop, where you happily complete them.

Professionally, we imagine that you:

  • Are currently studying towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Are studying within the field of HR, organizational psychology, communication or similar.
  • Speak and write English fluently.
