To further strengthen our efforts in this journey, we are recruiting a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) with responsibility to develop and lead the recruitment initiatives within tech together with our managers in the IT-organization.
About the team
The role is placed in the Nordic Talent Acquisition organization in HR. Besides working with your TA-colleagues you will also be in contact with HR colleagues in other teams, communication, marketing and managers in IT. They will support you to succeed and encourage you in your development journey in If. In this role you will be an important business driver and you will continuously have opportunities to set your mark in the organization.
Who are you?
Your ambition is to have a core role in all aspects of leading successful recruitments in our IT organization. You are self-motivated with an interest for the field of tech and IT. Your inner drive is strong, and you have a talent for building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers. You also have a sense of responsibility and is capable of adapting and responding to change. Together with HR-colleagues, IT-managers and other stakeholders you have the curiosity needed to find the best solutions.
You also have:
Relevant academic/university degree
Fluent in Finnish and English
Experience in search and building strong networks, preferably in tech communities
Proven track record in leading full-cycle recruitments, preferably with some experience of tech profiles such as .Net developers.
