What you’ll do :

• Contact potential agent customers through the phone
• Discover their current needs
• Convince that person to purchase a subscription with Rumah123
• Ensure that the Onboarding journey for the customer is smooth and that there is high customer satisfaction
• Contact the customer during the first 4 weeks of registration with us to ensure that there is high customer satisfaction
• Raise any customer issues to the correct team

Persyaratan

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years Customer Service experience,
• Have a high empathy and emotional intelligence
• Clear speaking language, able to express thoughts clearly & simply over the phone
• Experience in telesales is a plus
• Experience from banking priority customer service, or from hospitality (manager level)
