What you’ll do :
- Contact potential agent customers through the phone
- Discover their current needs
- Convince that person to purchase a subscription with Rumah123
- Ensure that the Onboarding journey for the customer is smooth and that there is high customer satisfaction
- Contact the customer during the first 4 weeks of registration with us to ensure that there is high customer satisfaction
- Raise any customer issues to the correct team
Persyaratan
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years Customer Service experience,
- Have a high empathy and emotional intelligence
- Clear speaking language, able to express thoughts clearly & simply over the phone
- Experience in telesales is a plus
- Experience from banking priority customer service, or from hospitality (manager level)
