Cydarm is hiring a junior software developer. Cydarm is a seed-stage, VC-backed company building a cybersecurity platform. The team is still small, so this is a great opportunity to get in at the ground floor as we grow our customer base and further develop the product in the rapidly growing and exciting space of cybersecurity.

Requirements for the junior software developer role are as follows:

• Essential:

• Linux familiarity (the more the better)
• Proficiency in 2+ high level languages (eg. Golang, C++, Java…) and SQL
• Experience in developing web apps (API + front end), including React / Redux frameworks and CSS
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
• Able to work in a fast paced environment under minimal supervision, solving complex problems
• Highly desirable:

• Knowledge of and interest in secure coding practices
• Experience working with or integrating security products, eg. SIEM, IDP
• Experience with Docker
