Job Title Manager Business Development

Description

: Synergy Capital operates highly complementary businesses: private equity, advisory, and strategic representations; and is present in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and London. The Firm focuses on industrials, metals and mining, energy and infrastructure. The Firm has formal established representation with a set of leading Manufacturer with cost and performance advantage. Hence, we are looking for a highly motivational, ambitious, self-starter and energetic individual for strategic representation stream of the business, to be located in Dubai UAE. The job involves seeking new clients and or help the Firm expands its clientele for operating materials. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Responsibility: Sales & Marketing

  • Source new clients who could benefit from the line of products in a designated region
  • Secure orders and coordinate with the Manufacturer for the delivery
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance
  • Submit quotation to clients
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support services
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements
  • Create a sales pipeline
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management
  • Coordinate sales projects and liaising with manufacturer or principals

Business Development

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Analyze costs, sales & profitability
  • Establish and meet regular sales targets
  • Record and maintain client contact data
  • Administer client accounts
  • Travel to visit potential clients designated in the region
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prepare Reports

Required Competencies:

  • The ideal candidate should have strong commercial skills and have an industrial background preferably in Steel Industry
  • Proven work experience as a business development manager | sales & marketing manager
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Goal-oriented, comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
  • Market knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Experience: Prior experience in similar roles preferred Education: Graduate preferably in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering MBA degree is an added advantage Remuneration: Negotiable as per experience Job Types: Full-time, Contract
