Our MENA team is growing rapidly. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to help us expand our presence. What this role is responsible for: This role will be focused on the MENA region and includes the development of Crimson’s relationships with target schools, partners, and key influencers within the education or parenting landscape. What success looks like: Drive brand awareness of Crimson’s personalized education and mentoring services and products across the MENA region through cross-channel campaigns and initiatives Creation and implementation of marketing collateral to create a positive customer experience and increase conversions Work closely with Marketing Manager and global marketing team to tailor events, PR content, landing pages, social posts, FB, Adwords, Emails, and more to promote local events and initiatives Manage and support the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of local area marketing (LAM) and advertising campaigns with support extended to other countries as necessary Coordinate specific outreach tactics including expos, seminars, school talks, and related event support Monitor leads and conversion from marketing across all channels (Events, PR, FB, Content, Emails, SEO, and more) with weekly/monthly progress reporting, customer behavior, and user experience How you’ll know you’re crushing it: Drive traffic of 1000 monthly visitors to local website Create 8x localized content + 4x global content on local social channels per month Average attendance rate of 40-50% for webinars What skills you’ll need: 3+ years experience in marketing, public relations, or content creation Strong verbal and written communication skills – experience with public speaking and presenting Full cycle event management experience Education industry experience preferred A strong understanding of sales and marketing practices Experience with marketing/event management software Why work for Crimson?
