Reporting to the Director of Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:


  • Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, assist in developing collaterals required to support the hotel commercial process. This will range from hotel brochures, collaterals but not limited to photoshoots, filming, site tours and the raising of necessary documentation to specific promotional requirements
  • Maintains high level of knowledge of the Raffles product and its brand guideline.
  • Maintain good relationships with counterparts at other Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Accor regional offices; promote Raffles The Palm in other Raffles properties whenever possible
  • Work in line with marketing plan and work closely with Digital Marketing for its digital exposure
  • Complete all assigned paperwork within a timely manner
  • Monitors and maintains media schedules as well as prompt settlement of invoices
  • Upkeeps strategic partnerships with external parties, such as banks and media companies
  • Monitors competitors’ activities and market intelligence and be-proactive
  • Fosters strong media relations & generate media coverage
  • Organises and supervises photography and videography for the hotel, collateral, advertising and ensures the hotel has a comprehensive master photo library for all advertising, seasonal campaigns and public relations activities.

  • Coordinate the design agencies in line with brand essence
  • Preparation of digital banners with the related agencies to be used in digital campaigns
  • Liaise with appointed agencies, supplying a written brief outlining the specific objectives, target market and any additional information as required and ensuring that the stakeholders are kept aware of all progress in line with brand essence
  • To collate and develop the monthly reports
  • Administer the Marketing operations budget; support development of marketing budgets. Maintenance of all financial tracking documents
  • Serve as the hotel’s primary brand ambassador, ensuring that brand guidelines are followed
  • Execute the marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Sales, Spa, Food & Beverage departments to ensure profit growth and brand exposure
  • Execute the hotel’s advertising plan and promotional activities
  • Oversee the hotel’s creative agency to develop all marketing collateral, promotional pieces, and advertising campaigns
  • Work with digital marketing to develop compelling consumer and media content
  • Verifies all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice
  • Assisting with proof checking and layout decisions for collateral pieces as per brand guidelines
  • Support the execution of marketing focussed events and be present on the occasions.
  • Other marketing related task requests by the DOM

– Minimum 2 years ‘ experience in marketing, public relations or related professional area

– An experienced communications expert, a dynamic and self-driven, creative individual

– A passionate individual with experience in marketing; traditional & digital; as well as e-commerce

– Strong luxury hotel background / luxury lifestyle brand background is preferred

– Fluency in English and Russian , written and spoken
