About the Client:
A high end casual dining restaurant located in the heart of Dubai, serving Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha.
- Responsible for achieving revenue goals set by the business development team
- Execute bulk sales through creative marketing plans, in-person sales meetings and networking
- Function as a public relations spokesperson to promote the restaurant locally and analyze local market trends and competitor activities, to identify business leads
- Do extensive analysis covering all sales aspects and prepare the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives
- Set up overall business strategy-product development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, events calendar, digital media, social media and promotional activities with local media and media agencies
