- Developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics.
- Strategic planning of training for products potential markets
- Associate with ethical marketing, NSG, P&P and KYC trainings
- Online training and making the training schedule
- Update the training material in Arabic/English and French Languages
- Translate, maintain fine tune all products and training material translation to Arabic
- Work as product ambassador for launching and promoting new products
- Play the role of Arabic/English trainer to Middle East Countries
- Work with the V and leaders for scheduling regular trainings
- Play as the focal point person for conducting all company products related trainings
- Work closely with head of product training department for product training material updates
- Participate and conduct product training during the V events
- Work with communication team for online training material offered for IR’s
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia including the Web.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language.
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
