Job Title Marketing Manager – Kitchen Appliances (DA)
In this role, you have the opportunity to be a member of a amazing team! You will develop, implement, and measure the performance of the marketing strategy in the Middle East region.
You are responsible for
A 12/24-month rolling integrated consumer marketing plan, based on Consumer, Market and competitor insights (which includes the champion propositions) as input to the country business plans
Optimal allocation of local A&P spend as input for AOP cycles, BMC planning
Determines product and service portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates existing
Localization of global content and local content creation (influencers, PR, etc) in collaboration with the Digital Business Leader – Consumer, Portfolio marketing, incl. omni-channel calendar and portfolio management (SKU rationalization/ phase in phase out)
Local insights about consumers, markets, competition and trends, and provides input to the Businesses
Based on the Domestic Appliances Cluster Strategy and brand strategy in the Market, develops and implements the 24 month rolling Integrated Marketing Plan in the Market .
Works cross business and cross-cluster, where required , to ensure all consumer facing marketing activities are covered in the Market.
Drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing (preferably in FMCG, consumer`s goods, domestic appliances)
Product marketing and global marketing knowledge is a must
Strong Stakeholder management skills
High Leadership Skills
Consumer focused mindset, Innovative
Strong analytical approach
Excellent Communication Skills
Knowledge about LEAN and continuous improvement is nice to have
