POSITION SUMMARY Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Recognize opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements to create a better Marriott experience or event. Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours. Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners. Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for a Marriott vacation club property. Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets). Answer guest questions about property facilities/services. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Essential Functions Maintain and update the content of the branded and independent property sites Promptly upload all the promotions in the digital channels, maintaining an excellent relationship with the Digital Field Marketing team in Dubai Ensure efficiently participation of Marriott promotional opportunities including Guest Communications, offer placements, advertising campaigns, METT, More Cravings and other programs Being informed on all the new trends in digital marketing and suggest ideas and innovative ways to attract business and enhance hotel reputation Represent The St. Regis brand with internal and external stakeholders Ensure that all the departments throughout the hotel adhere to The St. Regis communication guidelines Seek for revenue opportunities for the F&B outlets and the spa Support in the organization of the events to promote the hotel locally Produce on-brand collateral and storytelling Track accurately the results of all the marketing campaigns Raise Requisitions and follow up with LPOs and invoices Ensure monthly forecast and invoicing is accurate and on time Maintain a clear and updated database Support and finalize partnership contracts Organize photo shoots and video shots as requires Organize Owners reports, Owners Presentations, and campaign recaps Organize Complimentary forms and tracking Organize and keep minutes from related meetings Prepare influencers itineraries Liaise and support in sales support and activities related to branding Prepare sales flyers as per monthly promos Prepare F&B briefing to PR Agency Policies and Procedures Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information. Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Follow company and department policies and procedures. Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell. Address guests’ service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
