We are a general trading company, based in Business Bay Dubai. Our main product is textile fabrics.
We require an office assistant who can handle our online assets such as social media accounts, CRM accounts, email accounts etc. Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Manage the online accounts for company and its users as the admin
- Execute web marketing plans, social media campaigns and promote web presence for the company and its products
- Compose and post online content on website, blogs and social media
- Market survey, research on internet
- Measure and report on digital marketing performance against goals
- Run email or sms marketing campaign
- Organize and schedule meetings and webinars on Zoom or Google Meet
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, printing of required docs
- Read about new apps, learn to use those apps and train others in those apps.
Salary Total is AED 2000 to AED 2500 depending on experience. Visa, medical insurance, 30 day leave and one ticket every two years is provided. Interested candidates may send their CV along with details of current visa status.
