An exciting opportunity to join a mid-sized media agency in Dubai, under the umbrella of a global network, as lead in their Performance Marketing/ Ecommerce team.
The aim of this position is to support an already efficient performance marketing team, leading and upgrading the quality of the agency’s product.
The ideal candidate:
- Will have 3 – 5 years’ experience in Performance Marketing and Ecommerce with an international agency or a digital company
- Should have planned, implemented and demonstrate a track record delivering real results to clients, to include but not limited to the following KPIs: CTR, CPL, CPC etc, leading to generating real business acquisitions to clients
- Will have been successful in delivering the above results, with the capability to employ high level strategic and lateral thinking in terms of prospecting/ building/ targeting the right audience
- Will have Ecommerce experience – this component in the performance marketing channel mix is key
- Will have a curious mind, constantly exploring what is new in the evolving digital universe: this is a role for whom digital is a passion, not just a job
