MANIKO has set out to revolutionize the nail industry. With our innovative nail polish strips we guarantee a perfect manicure for 10 days without chipping or smudging. The nail strips are made from real nail polish, come in a variety of colors and designs, and are easy to apply in minutes. All of our products are vegan, animal testing free and 14 free. Our goal is to provide industry leading product quality and innovation.
Your tasks
- You accompany and support strategic and operational projects in different areas (e.g. marketing or operations)
- Co-development, optimization and implementation of existing and new business processes
- Support in the creation and analysis of evaluation processes, marketing strategies, transaction processes and data analysis
- You get your own projects to prove your ownership and implementation skills
- You will work directly with the two founders and be involved in decision-making processes
Stellenanforderungen
Your Profile
- You are currently studying business administration, economics or a comparable subject
- You have already completed 1-2 internships, ideally in the areas of e-commerce or consulting
- You are very data-driven and have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a very structured way of working.
- You are curious, have a high level of motivation, initiative and the ability to work independently
- You are an English native, some German is a plus
