In this role you will facilitate market or business (finance) Kaizens, problem solving and daily management our effectiveness with markets, business, and our service function. You are a coach on financial way-of-working and someone who is hands-on and ensures we exceed our customer’s expectations in the finance department. You ensure our Customer service department makes sound business cases and value creation decisions to deliver the overall company goals. You have key finance role to reach both our Customer Service performance and transformation goals.

You are responsible for

Key go-to finance person in Service & Solution Delivery (SSD) team for support around business cases and portfolio choices,

Roll-out best practices, and knowledge sharing,

Support service financial roll-up and create actionable business insights to improve service market and business results and performance management,

Collaborate across operations, marketing, innovation, FP&A and finance to standardize and harmonize financial reporting and support recurring finance cycles with the support of FP&A,

Drive key root cause analysis on gaps (via problem solving methodology),

Responsible to support optimizing recurring planning/forecasting cycles for service and drive effective market and business gap closing,

supporting financials analysis/input into the monthly/quarterly performance review decks (MPR/QPR),

Pro-actively drive business productivity and growth opportunities to service team to drive-overall productivity funnel,

Drive productivity funnel market/BG/BU and establish/control link of productivity into the P&L,

Drive continuous improvement of SSD finance processes,

TSR closing meeting of GCS costs,

Actual performance tracking to AOP, and defining gap closing measures, target underpinning back to AOP.

You are a part of

As business partner finance, you collaborate closely with the FP&A finance team supports FC/AOP/SP rollup as well as you team up with service business, market NS function teams to deliver actionable insights toward continuous improvement and gap closing measures.

The business partner finance is responsible for continuous value creation and gives support to the service leadership and BP finance Operations and CS BP finance, Head of Finance.

As Customer Service Business Partner your will report into the Head of Finance Customer Services. You will have exposure to senior management in reporting out sound and first time right financial information to the HoF, business leaders and management team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

University degree in relevant field (business, finance, accounting, economics); Advanced degree required,

Proved experience in productivity daily management, productivity funnel management, funnel measurements and actual productivity tracking,

Proven track record in LEAN, Daily Management and business transformation,

Balanced financial experience, including FP&A, finance and prior business decision support; knowledge of FCPA, GBP,

Progressive experience in business, market and staff management roles,

Strong business orientation – ability to understand and explain business results and translate into financial consequences,

Ability to evaluate the business proposals and partnering with business in maturing their initiatives with financial analysis,

Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to represent the company in front of customers, industry organizations,

Typically requires a minimum of 10 years and a Master’s degree,

Preferable market finance experience.
