Summary & Role Information
We are looking for a Developer and Scrum Master (f/m/d) to strengthen our team of talented, supportive, and motivated colleagues.
You will develop new features going through the complete software development cycle, including design, coding, testing and quality assurance, and finally operating a network of business partners, using the newest cloud technologies and agile practices. You will lead the scrum team process, support the team to be successful and also have the chance to bring in own ideas on our way to a streamlined deployment and delivery process. As a frontend, backend, or full stack developer in a cross functional team, you will analyze and resolve issues in real business scenarios, collaborating with colleagues and customers from different industries around the globe.
You will work independently on specific tasks, contributing to the team results by bringing in your own competencies. You are ambitious to enhance your skills beyond your own core from a technical as well as from a functional perspective and share your expertise with the team.
Role Requirements
- University degree in science or engineering
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong competence in Java, JavaScript, and tools for cloud native development; familiarity with software design methodologies
- Familiarity with lean and agile concepts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
