We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
- Strategy: Enable Westwing’s growth by proactively translating business priorities into people and culture requirements and supporting the HR team on evolving our strategy
- Initiatives: Identify and drive strategic Group-wide HR initiatives, collaborating with leaders across the company to create impact on our teams and business. Take on areas of leverage for the Head of HR to improve impact and implementation speed
- Trends: Conduct benchmarking with peers and research evolving people and culture topics and innovations and translating them into improvements in our company, e.g., flexible working models, benefits
- Training & development: Improve the existing training portfolio and develop new innovative training & development methods; expand our leadership program and enable our team leads to become world-class leaders
- Leadership: Recruit and lead a team of stellar Business Development Managers, a training & development manager, and potentially further team members over time __
- Strong academic background with a master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Economics
- 3-5 years of professional experience with proven track record from a top consulting firm, blue-chip business development or strategic HR function
- Ability to structure and manage projects with multiple work streams involving senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages making you a great discussion partner
- Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented and collaborative approach to work and a passion about making an impact
- Fluency in English and German
