As the HR Business Partner you support and implement complex HR topics and processes and you will be responsible for providing HR support in the areas listed below and for developing and/or facilitating the execution of HR solutions. You have a good knowledge of HR development, administration and in the area of Compensation & Benefits, have the right business acumen and are looking to consult on international challenges? Job description

  • Consistently apply and comply with the basic rules and regulations and relevant national and/or international laws and guidelines concerning HR/employee matters (such as transfers, reorganization and disciplinary measures)
  • Provide support during the preparation and drafting of local employment contracts and assignments; this includes assessing the relevant requirements laid down in social security and tax law
  • Support executives in strategic and operational HR matters; this includes managing relevant processes such as target agreements, setting bonuses, salary adjustments, long-term incentive plans and development meetings
  • Provide support during individual development dialogs and their preparation
  • Provide reports and data analyses for information purposes and for use as a decision-making tool for management

Your profile

  • University or university of applied sciences degree in economics, psychology, law or the social sciences, preferably with an HR-related focus, or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of professional experience in the HR field
  • Knowledge of HR development, administration and in the area of Compensation & Benefits
  • Experience in the multicultural environment of a globally operating group
  • Level C1 proficiency in English
  • Level C1 proficiency in German or a willingness to acquire this
