Summary & Role Information
For our cloud-based Business Process Intelligence applications, we are looking for a well versed, experienced, and hands-on product security expert building up a central product security and compliance team.

- Implement security and compliance best practices in a heterogeneous cloud environment
- Support customer requests for secure deployment and integration with customer systems
- Design and establish a security dashboard for real-time status checks
- Support cloud operation audits and manage the audibility of the operational procedures
- Identify areas of issue, concern or weakness and work cross-functionally to deliver solutions to improve the confidentiality, availability, integrity, scalability and performance of products and services
- Apply tools to automate and integrate security scans in CI-CD pipeline
- Both consult senior management and provide guidance to development teams
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong software security and operational security knowledge (threat modelling, code review, vulnerability testing, secure programming)
- Hands-on experience in software penetration testing for web applications and network protocols
- Working knowledge of industry-wide security audits like ISO, SOC, etc.
- Working knowledge of Data Protection and Privacy topics
- Well-developed analytical skills and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive to get things done and able to get hands-on to support the team
- Fluent German and English – both written and spoken
Work Experience
- 7+ years of professional work and leadership experience in relevant roles
- Success track in applying security and compliance processes and measures along the entire lifecycle of comprehensive Enterprise applications across various technology infrastructures
- Demonstrated ability to act in a distributed team environment and managing across multiple locations
